Facility Rentals

Cost (rates effective 9/1/23)

Cost is determined based on the number of people that are attending the event. Setup time is billable and should be calculated into the total rental time. Pricing is listed below. All gym pricing is based on a 3-hour minimum. Each additional hour is a $40.00 charge.

LAMS has 6-foot plastic tables available for rent, there are a total of 28 available.

Guidelines

An adult supervisor (21 years or older) must be present at all times.

For additional information, email kauker@lams.info or call the office Monday-Friday between the hours of 7am – 4 pm.

In order for large groups or organizations to rent the facility, a certificate of liability is required.

Gym Rentals

Two gyms are available for use:

Gym 1 can hold two volleyball nets and has a stage
Gym 2 is smaller and can hold one volleyball net

Gym equipment is not included in the rental. No LAMS equipment will be provided except for volleyball nets. Volleyball nets can be set out for use but will not be set up when you arrive. For an additional fee of $50.00 the nets can be set up for you.

Gym Rental (Gym 1 or 2) up to 50 people: $210.00

Gym Rental (Gym 1 or 2) 51-100 people: $235.00

Gym Rental over 100 people: $300.00

Gym 1 & 2 Combined: $320.00

Each Additional Hour of Use (after initial 3 hours): $40.00
